HOW TO ORDER
Please note we are exhibiting from July 6 - 13 and will be unable to carry out any orders during this period. All orders placed during this period will be delivered within 21 days.

Any of the 3 methods below can be used for ordering. Please allow 21 days for delivery. Contact us first if your order is urgent as we can offer express delivery on some of our products, usually within 3 or 4 days. Please note there is an extra charge for orders that have to be sent by next day delivery.

The standard postage of £3.95 covers UK Delivery Only. We are happy to despatch some of our products to nearby countries outside the UK e.g Ireland, but please contact us before placing your order so that we are able to calculate the correct postage cost for your order.

TRADE CUSTOMERS
If you have a retail outlet or online shop and you are interested in our products then e-mail us at educationalwood@aol.com for a Trade Price List.

ORDER ONLINE

You can place your order anytime of the day or night using our online shopping facility. If you require your order delivered to a different address other that your registered card address then this can be entered in the message box at checkout.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
There is a flat rate Postage and Packing charge of £3.95 (UK only) regardless of the number of items ordered. See above for delivery outside the UK.

ORDER PICK-UP
We are able to offer a discount on some of our heavier products in Children's Furniture if you are able to collect from Hometime Crafts. Please contact us for details.

RETURNS
We must be informed of any damaged items within 3 days of delivery of your order. We will then advise you on whether or not the item has to be returned. The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase unused and it's original packaging. A proof of posting will also be required if the item has to be returned. Please note that personalised items can only be refunded if found faulty at time of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as defined in Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated.

SAFETY FIRST
All our toys conform to European safety standards and bear the CE mark. Please note that some products are not suitable for under 36 months (the age guide for all our toys is given in each product description). Products are finished in non-toxic paints and stains.
